What happens if I exceed my product imports or order limits?

Syncerize will temporarily stop importing new products or processing extra orders for that billing cycle if you hit the product import or order limit specified in your plan. You have two options: wait until the following cycle to continue, or upgrade to a better plan. You will still be able to handle orders that have already been forwarded and maintain current goods.

Can I switch between plans if my store’s needs change?

Yes, Syncerize makes it simple for you to switch between plans at any moment following the changing demands of your store. There are no disruptions to your store connections, inventory sync, or order forwarding during the changeover, regardless of whether you’re scaling up or minimizing expenses.

Is real-time inventory sync available on all plans?

Yes, real-time inventory syncing is included from the Free plan to the Enterprise plan. This feature helps prevent overselling and lost sales chances by ensuring your stock levels are constantly current across all connected stores.

How does manual and automatic order forwarding work?

With manual order forwarding, you may analyze orders at your convenience and forward them to the desired supplier stores. Orders are immediately sent to the target store as soon as they are placed using automatic order forwarding, which is available on higher levels. For easier fulfillment, you can also choose to transmit only orders that have been paid for.

Our premium subscriptions provide priority help for more complicated requirements like multi-store connections or debugging specific features.
